Position: Healthcare Customer Service Representative
Location: Huntington Beach, CA
Pay: $20 to $22/hour (Depending on experience)
Experience:

HB Staffing is seeking a Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join a growing and dynamic team
Job Description:
- Provide in-language support for members regarding their benefits and access to care.
- Schedule and coordinate health events for community centers.
- Communicate and coordinate general building repairs with the Facilities Manager/Department.
- Maintain equipment, inventory, center supplies, and promotional/marketing items.
- Track and monitor traffic flow and utilization of services.
- Perform routine inspections to ensure equipment is functioning properly.
- Work closely with the Field Engagement and Sales teams to develop programs and activities for the center.
- Provide excellent customer service at the Community Center.
- Other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
- Bilingual and proficient in Mandarin/Cantonese on a business level (reading, speaking, and writing).
- Life Agent and Notary Public Licenses are a plus; however, training and licensing support will be offered to the right candidate.
- Excellent customer service skills, with experience serving the senior population, are a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel as needed or required.
- Ability to sit for long periods; stand, sit, reach, bend, and lift up to fifteen (15) lbs.
