Requirements of the Bilingual Customer Service:

  • Bilingual in Japanese & English (speak, read and write)
  • PC and PC environment knowledge is a big plus
  • Customer Service experience is a big plus
  • Detail oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Work efficiently without supervision
  • Good communication skills

 

 

Responsibilities of the Bilingual Customer Service:

This job description is inclusive of, but not necessarily limited to the following:

  • Conduct product research and communicate with vendors
  • Address and resolve inquiries from customers in Japan
  • Offer customer service (including some technical support) and handle order process duties
  • Coordinate and follow up on sales and deliveries
  • Maintain and analyze records, and perform data entry
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
