Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescription:

Asphalt Specialists, Inc. is looking for experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to safely and efficiently operate heavy, motorized equipment used in earth moving operations, including, but not limited to dozer scrapers, loaders, excavators, skid steer, and other equipment to support a variety of operations. Pay is based on experience.

Requirements:

  • Must be looking for a long-term career.
  • Must have extensive knowledge of earthwork operations, equipment, trucking and material transport.
  • Follow directions of Foreman as to daily tasks and expectations for each specific project or job site.
  • Candidate should have strong work ethic.
  • Must be willing to work weekends and work overtime.
  • Clean MVR with no more than two moving violations in ten years.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screening per MDOT regulations.
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be available to work on Saturday
  • Willing to work Overtime
