Position Summary

As a Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of orchestrating the seamless transition of industrial assets for companies of all sizes. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and manage projects from initiation through completion.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Allocate resources, including personnel, time, and materials, to ensure project success.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report on project status to stakeholders.
- Identify and address project risks and issues in a timely manner.
- Manage project budgets and expenses, ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
- Lead project team meetings, providing guidance and direction to team members.
- Foster positive working relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in project management, construction management, engineering (civil, mechanical, electrical), business administration or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in project management, with a successful track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Projector similar software.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficient in implementing Project Management Methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and other relevant frameworks, to drive successful project outcomes.
- Experience within the heavy machinery moving industry, rigging, industrial solutions.
- Commercial or Industrial Construction experience
- PMP certification
