Job DescriptionJob Description

We are looking to hire an Office Manager to join our construction and remodeling team You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage records and information
  • Plan and maintain work facilities
  • Provide administrative assistance to management team
  • Encourage and improve cross-department internal communication
  • Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, clerical duties, etc.)
  • Communicate with customers and our partner vendors to make sure schedules and services are completed on time and correctly

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in administrative services in a service-related field (i.e construction, plumbing, electrical, painting, etc) *3-4 years experience preferred*
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • 2-3 years of customer service skills
