Regular Work Hours: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM  

Accountable to: Project Manager & Operations  

Accountable for: Subcontractors, Carpenters & Laborers  

Overview of Responsibilities: 

  • Managing, scheduling, and coordination of subcontractors and suppliers.  
  • Prepare overall job schedules and 3-week look ahead schedules and be able to meet or exceed those schedules.  
  • Actively seek new ways to improve efficiency and streamline processes.  
  • Produce work in the time frames set forth by owners and project managers.  
  • Use diplomacy and tact when dealing with owners, architects, and engineers.  
  • Solve challenges and onsite issues with help from the design team.  
  • Complete carpentry and self-perform work when needed. 
  • Follow all local, state, and OSHA safety rules and regulations mandated.  
  • Follow all procedures set forth by the HCI handbook.  
  • Able to communicate with owners and architects.
