A fast growing local general contractor that specializes in commercial and multifamily ground up construction. They have an award winning culture that is team oriented and recognizes unique individuals from a variety of backgrounds and experiences.

Description

Responsibilities of a Construction Superintendent are:

  • Coordinate and communicate with Project Management Team.
  • Prepare and maintain project schedule and supervise through final completion.
  • Coordinate and schedule all required municipal inspections as it pertains the local municipality.
  • Promote job site safety, encourage safe work practices and rectify any job site hazards immediately.
  • Create a positive work environment.
  • Coordinate weekly subcontractor meetings.

Profile

The successful Construction Superintendent must have:

  • GROUND UP CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  • 5+ years of experience in the construction industry as a Multifamily/Commercial construction superintendent
  • Strong mathematical and computer aptitude is also necessary
  • Proficient in scheduling software
