Job Title: Cleanroom Assembly Technician


Pay Rate: $21.42/hr

Schedule: Hiring for all shifts (1st, 2nd and 3rd) 

Job Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble, clean, and package Single-Use products per engineering records and SOPs.
  • Follow cleanroom protocols and maintain ISO Class 7 standards.
  • Wear PPE and report safety incidents.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and follow change control procedures.
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of work areas.
  • Assist with inventory management and ensure accurate stock handling.
  • Meet production schedules and quality standards, completing tasks within specified timeframes.
  • Complete and sign off on required documentation for each operation.


Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • 1-2 years of production experience in a cleanroom environment (preferred).
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and knowledge of Lean manufacturing (preferred).


Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Attention to safety and quality.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.


Work Environment:

  • Cleanroom setting with normal lighting, temperature, and noise levels.
  • Physical requirements include standing, walking, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks.
