Responsibilities;
  • 2 years technical support experience in a commercial environment
  • 2 years networking support experience in a commercial environment
  • 2 years computer repair experience (Windows and Mac) in a commercial environment
  • Very strong verbal skills

  • Very strong organizational skills
  • Very strong customer service skills.

There skills are not required but are desirable

  • Previous technical and networking support experience for a commercial internet service provider
  • Ability to speak Spanish
  • Advanced networking skills
  • Work with brilliant minds, often within a global capacity;
  • Linus systems administration skills
  • Apache, MariaDB/MySQL, Firewalls
  • Web development skills.
