Job Summary

We are a 78-year-old family business focusing on bringing our customers quality in the fields of petroleum and lubrication equipment. Our core focus is sales, service and installation of equipment. 

Responsibilities:

  • Run reports to check inventory levels on key vendors; coordinate with other branches and generate purchase orders to ensure proper stock levels at your location.
  • Work with the operations team to review reports from service technicians and order the parts and equipment required to complete the job.
  • Work with the Project Manager to review recently released contracted projects; coordinate with vendors to ensure major equipment is delivered for the start date of the project.
  • Review order acknowledgement and other documents from vendors to stay on top of upcoming changes.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ge4t status updates on open orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Support other departments by answering phones, talking with customers, shipping/receiving, etc.
  • Utilizing computer skills to research parts lookup, pricing, availability and other customer and vendor communication.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

  • Self-starter, adaptable to working environment.
  • Ability to handle physical workload (lifting up to 50 lbs)
