Position Summary:

As an Outreach Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for generating new business by proactively reaching out to potential clients. You will identify and qualify leads, build relationships, and close deals to drive revenue growth for Breezy VA.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and build a targeted sales pipeline.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies and outreach campaigns.
  • Proactively reach out to potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email, and social media.
  • Qualify leads and understand their specific needs and pain points.
  • Present Breezy VA's services and value proposition to potential clients.
  • Close leads and set them up for onboarding calls.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a remote or virtual environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with potential clients.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using Go High Level CRM/sales tools and other relevant tools.

Compensation:

  • 100% commission-based compensation.
  • 10% of revenue for 6 months for every client brought on. You could earn up to $5,720 on just one client brought on.
  • Earning potential of $200k+ annually.
