We are seeking a Sign Installer/Fabrication Lead to become a part of our team
You will assist with the installation and fabrication of various visual communication products. Pay is $17.50 - $25.00 per hour based on experience
Responsibilities:
Read and understand project instructions as defined in the written instructions of the work order and the proof style drawings from graphic design.
Use digital to work queues to update work orders with appropriate statuses as work is completed.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Paint sign panels with commercial spray application using proper PPE
Fabricate internal structure for monument signs.
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous carpentry or metal fabrication experience
Familiarity with maintenance of tools and equipment related to the industry
Experience with commercial painting and fabrication
Ability to handle physical workload
Ability to work well in teams and problem solve on site
Ability to prioritize
Completed detail oriented work
Customer service skills while interacting with customers during installation of signs
Comfortable with working both indoors and outdoors year round
Benefits available after 90 day introductory period:
