Job Title: Journeyman Electrician

Join our team at Generator Supercenter of Tallahassee as a Journeyman Electrician and be part of a leading provider of energy solutions committed to making a positive impact for our customers and environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Set and install Generac generators
  • Pull wire, bend conduit, install and wire up electrical devices
  • Trace wiring and troubleshoot problems
  • Assist in load-testing generator packages
  • Assist in other phases of preparation and setting of power generation equipment and products such as trenching, piping, mechanical components, and civil assembly for setting power generation packages
  • Read wiring diagrams
  • Perform proper installation of all electrical equipment required to complete fabrication of projects (i.e. brackets, conduit, wiring, end devices, panels, etc)
  • Be proficient with measuring and electrical testing equipment
  • Promote good welfare among the company and its divisions
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Must have previous electrical experience, some on-the-job training is available
  • Must Hold a Journeyman Electrician or Residential wireman license
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • AC and DC electrical experience is a plus
