Established and growing insurance company looking for a high-energy, creative, administrative support team member who will perform the duties of receptionist and marketing assistant with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications:

Full-time, M-F 8-5 and One evening a month

Minimum of 2-year degree in business, marketing or a related field, or relevant work experience

Strong customer service skills with a focus on professionalism and friendliness

Creative writing skills

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Canva

Must problem-solve and adapt to challenges and changes in job duties.

Required to follow confidentiality and compliance regulations.

The position will have the following (but not limited to) job responsibilities:

General office administration, organizing, filing, mail distribution, office aesthetics, answering phones, customer interaction, and scheduling appointments. Assist with advertising and social media production and implementation.
