Rainforest Plumbing & Air is seeking a full-time, experienced Dispatcher

**Please only apply if you have plumbing and/or HVAC Dispatch experience**

The shift is Monday - Friday 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM (30 minute un-paid break and an occasional half-day Saturday)

Applicants will be subject to a background check and drug screening.

Qualifications:

  • Problem solving skills
  • Dispatch Technicians throughout the valley
  • Work effectively within a team environment
  • Friendly and helpful disposition
  • Advanced customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Reliable and excellent attendance
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Strong computer and typing skills a must

~ ServiceTitan software experience is preferred

Duties include:

  • Dispatch service calls to maximize efficiency
  • Communicate and follow up with Service Technicians
  • Take incoming calls on a multi line phone system
  • Send and respond to emails professionally
  • Other duties as assigned
