Your primary responsibility will be to initiate contact with potential clients, effectively communicate our service offerings, and set the stage for further discussions by our experienced sales representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Outreach and Engagement: Proactively reach out to warm leads via phone calls to introduce our financial products and services tailored to small businesses.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess the needs and potential of each lead to determine suitability for our services. Engage in preliminary discussions to understand their business requirements and financial goals.
  • Appointment Setting: Successfully schedule appointments for qualified leads with our senior sales representatives, ensuring a smooth transition and effective handoff.
  • Database Management: Accurately record and update lead information in our CRM database, ensuring all communications are logged and lead statuses are current.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align on strategies and share insights about potential client needs and preferences.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed set targets for lead engagement and appointment setting.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our financial products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to potential clients.
  • Feedback and Reporting: Regularly provide feedback to the sales team and management on lead quality and engagement strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or a similar role, preferably in the financial services or small business sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong phone presence.
