Bilingual Insurance Adjustor

We are seeking to hire an individual with exceptional communication skills to assist in effectively managing the firm’s cases during the pre-litigation stage. This position will be responsible for meeting with clients in person to discuss the claims process and to maintain regular, frequent communication with clients. This individual will be responsible for assisting our clients to resolve lost wage claims as well as monitoring client’s treatment for their injuries. Under attorney supervision, the case manager will negotiate settlements with insurance carriers. The candidate will be expected to balance case work with office duties, meet reasonable deadlines, and provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to support legal proceedings
- Assist with the drafting and reviewing of documents
- Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of client cases
- Record and store client information
Qualifications:
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
