What You’ll Do

Deliver a range of training courses to our Store Teams, taking a key role in the development of a strong succession pipeline that supports store expansion plans and our company principle of ‘growing our people from within’

  • Work closely with the Head of People and the International Training Manager to build an annual training plan, based on store needs
  • Organize and deliver all company courses to Company standards
  • Act as cultural ambassador, promoting company culture and values
  • Provide Maestro training to ensure coffee consistency and quality
  • Maintain and promote the use of the company Learning Hub (LMS)
  • Assist in the adaptation of training courses, where necessary
  • Prepare training materials, as required
  • Work in conjunction with the Head of People to design and deliver tailored training courses/programs, where necessary
  • Review training deliverables, demonstrating added value

 

What You Bring

  • 2 years of experience in similar role, preferred
  • Experience working in a multi-site business (hospitality or retail preferred)
  • Experience with a Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Passion to train and develop others
  • Strong public speaking skills
  • Confidence in delivering training at all levels
  • Ability to work on initiatives independently
  • Capability to assess Training needs
  • Fun, upbeat, and kind
