What You’ll Do
Deliver a range of training courses to our Store Teams, taking a key role in the development of a strong succession pipeline that supports store expansion plans and our company principle of ‘growing our people from within’
- Work closely with the Head of People and the International Training Manager to build an annual training plan, based on store needs
- Organize and deliver all company courses to Company standards
- Act as cultural ambassador, promoting company culture and values
- Provide Maestro training to ensure coffee consistency and quality
- Maintain and promote the use of the company Learning Hub (LMS)
- Assist in the adaptation of training courses, where necessary
- Prepare training materials, as required
- Work in conjunction with the Head of People to design and deliver tailored training courses/programs, where necessary
- Review training deliverables, demonstrating added value
What You Bring
- 2 years of experience in similar role, preferred
- Experience working in a multi-site business (hospitality or retail preferred)
- Experience with a Learning Management System (LMS)
- Passion to train and develop others
- Strong public speaking skills
- Confidence in delivering training at all levels
- Ability to work on initiatives independently
- Capability to assess Training needs
