Shift: 6:00AM - 2:30PM

Pay: $18/hr 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.
  • Always work safely and efficiently.
  • Follow proper GMPs (good Manufacturing practices).
  • Follow all company food safety and quality policies.
  • Follow work order, procedures and SOPs related to their area.
  • Follow batch traceability program, ensure to correctly complete production, kitchen and packaging forms, complete documentation as needed.
  • Manage production employees assigned to their area
  • Notify shift lead and/or supervisor of any problems or discrepancies.
  • Ensure to follow production, kitchen and packaging related SOPs Trained to use fishbowl for printing labels.
  • Only operate equipment with proper pre-op and shut down training procedures related to equipment set-up to be able to adjust and correct machine settings.
  • Understand and follow all company’s emergency procedures.
  • Responsible for reporting food safety and/or quality problems to personnel with authority to initiate action.
