We're expanding our Leasing Team in Portland and we want to hear from you This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, values resident satisfaction, and enjoys showcasing properties to prospective tenants.

 

Hours: Full-time

Schedule: Tues-Sat, 10am-7pm with one-hour lunch break (schedule subject to community needs)

Job Duties:

  • Answering phones and responding to inquiries with professionalism.
  • Handling administrative tasks including filing and vendor relations.
  • Conducting apartment tours with potential residents.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with current and prospective residents.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent phone and in-person sales skills to effectively close leasing deals.
  • Motivated and hard-working, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Above-average proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Prior experience in apartment leasing and knowledge with Yardi/CRM software is helpful
