We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

· Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

· Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.

· Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

· Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.

· Negotiate and close deals, handling objections and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.

· Meet or exceed sales targets and goals within the given timeframe.

· Coordinate with team members and other departments to optimize the sales effort.

· Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in the industry.

· Continuously improve through feedback and self-driven learning.

· Attending trade shows at the direction of the Sales Manager.

 

Qualifications:

· Proven work experience as a Sales Consultant or in a similar sales role.

· Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Self-motivated with a result-driven approach.

· Some technical knowledge in the industrial space.

· Managing Clients and uphold strong connections throughout duration of contracts.

· Valid Drivers license and willingness to travel as needed.
