**II. Job Responsibilities**
1. **Prospecting and Maintenance of Potential Customers**: Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships.
2. **Product Demonstration and Explanation**: Conduct product presentations and explanations, offering personalized door and window solutions based on customer needs.
3. **Sales Process Management**: Follow up on the sales process, providing comprehensive services from consultation, contract signing to installation follow-up.
4. **Customer Relationship Enhancement**: Regularly conduct customer callbacks, gather feedback, and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
5. **Market Analysis and Sales Strategy**: Analyze market trends, and formulate and execute effective sales strategies to meet individual and team sales targets.
**III. Job requirements**
1.3 years of sales experience in the Door and Window Sales sales.
2.Strong door and window market understanding, including product price, applications, specifications, and industry standards.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
4.Strong negotiation and closing skills, coupled with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $65,000.00 per year
