Physical Therapist/PTA Clinic Director

Locally owned clinic looking to fill a Full-Time Clinic Director position in Elkton MD.
- Must be licensed to practice in MD as PT or PTA
- Must have 4 years practicing experience. Management/Director experience preferred. Pay range provided is dependent upon experience and provider type (PT/PTA)
- Experience with post-surgical manual therapies. High level manual therapy skills preferred.
- Provide skilled therapy sessions, to achieve goals outlined in plans of care.
- Communicate regularly to patients and other clinical staff when goals are/are not being met.
- Adapt treatment accordingly to progress/change goals (change of exercises / manual therapies etc.) or implement and communicate changes with clinical staff and supervising therapist (PTA)
- Comfortable discussing referrals from doctors or surgeons with clinical staff.
- Work directly with owners to manage administrative/clinical staff and clinic efficiency/productivity including billing/insurance changes.
WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT
*Align seeks to provide a higher standard of PT where all clinicians only see 1 patient per hour with an average of 7 patients per 8 hour day. Unlike most other companies we pride ourselves in allowing clinicians to work 1:1 with each patient for 2-3x the time they could at most other companies.
*On-site, warm water Hydroworx unit, for fully private 1:1 aquatic treatment
*Private treatment rooms (curtain and fully private)
*New clinic (1 year), with room for lots of growth financially as this position includes profit sharing.
