- Provide ongoing support and supervision to PTA's, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Engage in direct supervision of PTA and Rehabilitation Technicians during therapy sessions, promoting effective resource utilization.
- Advance clinical knowledge and professional skills through continuous education and collaboration with peers.
- Maintain an active state license and stay informed about industry developments and healthcare regulations.
- Understand various reimbursement models and ensure compliance with treatment guidelines.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and uphold patient confidentiality at all times.
- Exhibit ethical and responsible conduct in all professional interactions.
- Be prepared to travel between facilities as required.
- Adapt to varying work hours, including weekends and holidays, and participate in mandatory training sessions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team.
- Completion of a Competency Checklist by a peer PT prior to patient care.
- Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.
- New graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in skilled nursing facilities is preferred.
- Recent Covid testing is required prior to commencing duties.
