 Serve as the public face of the property to the Northwest Arkansas and Bentonville community, utilizing local marketing practices to make Discovery stand out as best in class

 Understand the storage needs of our customers and in turn help solve their problems, ensuring a simple and easy leasing experience

 Deliver exceptional customer service by listening and communicating effectively and pleasantly with enthusiasm and professionalism

 Maximize and manage Discovery’s social media presence, working with technology and online marketing partners

 Take pride in exceeding your sales goal by driving unit rentals, tenant insurance and sales of moving supplies and ancillary products

 Maintain property appearance to the highest of standards by cleaning units, sweeping, changing light bulbs and treating Discovery Storage like the brand new, market‐leading facility it is

 Developing and managing the annual property budget, ensuring financial goals are exceeded

 Complete financial transactions and banking activities (handling cash, balancing receipts, posting payments and more)

 Coordinate all aspects of the general flow of the facility and all its moving parts, including managing additional team members and vendors  May be required to travel to local retail locations and run errands for the facility
