One Source Freight Solutions is an Arizona based 3PL provider of focused logistics solutions.  We are currently searching for a Senior Logistics Manager to support our continued growth in the marketplace.  This position will be based out of our Phoenix office.  The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing high levels of customer service, operational logistics experience, the ability to work in a team environment, and leadership experience.

Skills/ Requirements:

  • College degree in logistics, business, or related experience
  • Must have at least five (5) years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding or transportation.
  • Must have at least three (3) years of experience in managing or supervising others
  • Freight industry knowledge with an emphasis on White Glove service.
  • Freight operational experience.
  • Freight management experience a plus.
  • Agent Cartage Contacts are a huge plus.
  • Provide a high level of customer service.
  • Manage high call volume and high email volume.
  • Must be dependable, outgoing, and positive.
  • Provide direction, purpose, and support to achieve objectives.
  • Multitask and determine priorities.
  • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office.
