Job Description Warehouse Specialist- North

Department: Production

Reports To: Operations Director

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Load Finished goods into trucks,
  • Verify packing slips match loads
  • Unload raw material and stage in proper order. FIFO
  • Maintain organization of both raw material and finished goods
  • Spot check inventory and report any discrepancies to management
  • Assist material handler/blend line as needed.
  • Ability to meet company policy for attendance and work schedule requirements.
  • Other duties assigned

Experience and Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.   • Forklift Experience minimum one year
  • Inventory Experience a plus
  • Experience with FIFO a plus
  • Basic Math and computer skills
  • Proven attention to detail
  • Ability to read, write and interpret and comprehend documents such as operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, schematics, technical documents and safety rules
  • Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral or diagram form.

  • Routinely Lifting, pushing, and pulling 30 lbs and over
