6+ month contract for a Field Sales Manager based out of the St Louis area (travel to surrounding areas)

Pay: $1,000/week base plus EXTENSIVE bonuses and commissions

- $500 per person hired

- $400 per sale closed

- $50 override

This role will easily make $9,000 per month for the life of the contract. Can be extended beyond 6 months.

Client: The most successful vehicle storm repair company in America.

 

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Manager to join and build our local team. As a Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our field operations, including local hiring events, managing salespeople, outside sales, account management, and business development. This is a long term contract with opportunities to expand to permanent.

Responsibilities:

- Hires a large door to door sales team to work with residents/insurance companies and make affordable repairs.

- Recruit via in person events, job board posts and local advertisements, then train and retain employees.

- Manage a team of field representatives and provide guidance and support

- Build and maintain strong relationships with the community and clients to ensure customer satisfaction

- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand market presence

- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback

- Train and mentor field representatives on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills

- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales and meet company targets

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outside sales, door to door sales, business development, and local hiring initiatives

- Strong negotiation and communication skills

- Excellent customer service abilities
