We are seeking a Help Desk Technician to join our team You will resolve computer-related issues for your clients. 

Temp to Hire / Non Driving 

Responsibilities:

Minimum Experience:

4 years (must be reflected on resume)

Responsibilities:

  • Function as a team or site leader providing direction to other technicians.
  • Support networking products via smart hands.
  • Manage smaller projects with project management responsibilities.
  • Utilize high-skilled, specialized technical skills.
  • Provide support for software and hardware for desktops, laptops, and servers (smart hands).
  • Install and maintain PCs, associated software, and peripherals.
  • Perform installs, moves, adds, and changes as required.
  • Test and certify PCs and client-approved applications.
  • Provide follow-up on problems or escalate as necessary.
  • Maintain a high degree of professionalism in actions, demeanor, and dress.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the service delivery transaction.
  • Meet client-specific Service Level Agreements and update incident and request tickets accordingly within the ticketing system.
  • Understand the scope of work for clients and perform only tasks that are within scope; escalate out-of-scope tasks to CDE, CSM, or SDC.
  • Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
  • Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
  • Recommend hardware and software improvements
  • Track customer issues and resolutions

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Positive and professional demeanor
