  • Issue and track work orders based on service calls.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using QuickBooks.
  • Assist in financial record keeping and reporting.
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, scheduling, and managing correspondence.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and external service providers.
  • Assist in various office tasks to support the overall functionality of the business.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks is mandatory.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Prior experience in a real estate investment company is a plus.
