We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing mechanical equipment and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Purpose:

The maintenance Technician is responsible for keeping a facility operating and repairing any problems when they are discovered before they have a chance to worsen. This position directly reports to VP Sales and Operation.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot problems with injection molding machines and their auxiliary equipment.
  • Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and other repairs as needed.
  • Request items for purchase to repair plant equipment.
  • Operate forklift as needed.
  • Oversee the preventative maintenance for plant equipment.
  • Perform Preventive Maintenance for every start up job or every day (check all auxiliary equipment, material dryer and machine)
  • Perform any other assignments given by Plant Manager.

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

· High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

· Knowledge of an injection molding plant.

· Minimum of 2-3 years of experience repairing injection molding machinery and associated auxiliary equipment.

· Basic math skills and basic understanding of the English language.

Physical Requirements:

· Sit, stand, and walk for long period of time.

· Lift up to 25 Ibs and good hand-eye coordination.

Must be able to talk, Listen, and speak clearly

Monday - Friday- 6am-2:30pm

Injection molding experience is a MUST
