About the Position

The role of this position is to lead and manage your team members towards executing residential and commercial landscape maintenance services for properties in the metro Atlanta area in a manner that meets professional quality and safety standards, on schedule and within budgeted hours.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a crew of 1-3 people to meet efficiency goals / budgeted service hours. 
  • Ensure work performed meets quality, service, and safety standards. 
  • Train crew members in safe operation of tools and equipment.  
  • Maintain a safe, secure, organized, and clean work vehicle and work site.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years relevant landscaping experience; botanical plant knowledge and knowledge of common horticultural practices
  • Proactive, organized, and reliable team player with a positive attitude
  • Ability to read and understand written work orders
  • Ability to lift at least 60 lbs. safely without help
  • Ability to communicate in English (Bilingual a plus)
  • Must have reliable transportation to commute to work
  • Ability to pass Criminal Records Background Check
  • Clean driving record and GA license in good standing
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States; we participate in E-Verify
