Gan Yiladim Preschool is looking to add a professional, highly motivated, loving, and experienced teacher to our team.

Our Teachers are committed to making the preschool experience a success and know that creating meaningful relationships with children, families, and their team play a crucial role in that success.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop careful and creative lesson plans suitable for preschool children
  • Employ a variety of educational techniques (storytelling, educational play, arts & crafts etc.) to teach children
  • Observe each child to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem
  • Encourage children to interact with each other and resolve differences
  • Guide children to develop their artistic and practical capabilities through a carefully constructed curriculum
  • Maintain a clean and tidy classroom consistent with health and safety standards
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other staff members to ensure the holistic development of each child.
  • Monitor and assess student progress through observation, documentation, and regular communication with families.
  • Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and parent-teacher conferences as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field required.
  • Previous experience working in a preschool setting or early childhood education environment required.
  • Certification in child CPR
