Job Description: As a Roofing Sales Consultant, you'll be the face of Jersey Roofing Solutions. Your mission? To drum up new business by canvassing residential neighborhoods, chatting with homeowners, and offering them our fantastic roofing services. You’ll set appointments with homeowners, conduct preliminary roof inspection to identify damage, and work with homeowner to coordinate roof replacement.

This is a 100% commission-based role, which means you have the chance to earn unlimited income based on your performance (most consultants make $80-100k+ in their first year). If you're motivated, friendly, and ready to hit the ground running, we want to hear from you

Required Qualifications:

· High school diploma, valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

· Strong work ethic and the desire to work outdoors

· Ability to lift at least 50# and climb/walk on roofs

· Ability to work independently and part of a team

· Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in door-to-door sales, roofing sales, or a related field is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
  • Highly motivated and driven to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations.
  • Exposure to rejection and the ability to overcome and adapt accordingly
  • Outgoing personality with a 'grind' mentality
  • Eagerness to learn new skills and grow as a professional
  • Previous sales experience is preferred but not required
  • Competitive personality
  • Goal-oriented, positive and self-motivated
  • High level of integrity
  • Sense of humor is a plus
