  • Title: Quality Inspector / Control lead- 1 YEAR SOLID EXPERIENCE NEEDED
  • Compensation: $18.00/Hr - $20 DOE

  • Location: Sunset Park - Brooklyn

  • Shift: 11:00pm - 7:30am Sunday - Thursday.

Job Description
We're looking for talented problem solvers who lead with passion and who face any task with a positive mindset. We are searching for a Quality Inspector who will ensure all products manufactured meet our quality standards. The Quality Inspector will uphold quality standards by applying inspection processes throughout the full manufacturing process to ensure that specifications are being met.

Daily Activities

  • Perform daily Finished Box audits to ensure it matches the standard for hair care and skincare products.

  • Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products ready for shipment to customers.

  • Reject products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations.

  • Read SOPs, plans, and specifications to understand the requirements of products and services.

  • Measure product dimensions, examine functionality and compare the final product to the specifications.

  • Recommend improvements to the production process to ensure quality control.

  • Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.

  • Able to work and adapt in a fast-paced environment

  • Work collectively with a group.

  • Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.

Requirements
Experience in manufacturing role required.
Quality control experience or in a similar role ideal.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
Good math and technical skills.
Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing techniques
