We are seeking ​an experienced & detail-oriented Administor/Accounts Payable to join our team You will be helping with all administrative office work for our company. Hours 7am-4:30pm M-F

Responsibilities:

  • Basic Office duties such as Copying, faxing, emailing & organizing.
  • Manage incoming phone calls
  • Organize and file daily invoices for Accounts receivable.
  • Perform data entry and administrative duties
  • Inventory maintenance & pricing
  • Inventory receiving and adjustments
  • End of month statements for Accounts Receivable
  • Accounts payable data entry
  • Financial data & Records Reports

Qualifications:

  • Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and math skills
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Accounts payable experience
