Job Role 

The Commercial Analyst is responsible for providing account management to Sojo customers through accuracy in inventory, production and PO fulfillment. 

 

Responsibilities Include: 

• Coordinate and distribute minutes for all customer meetings 

• Own and regularly update the Customer Relationship Management system 

• Manage implementation of new variety packs and perform First Article Inspection to ensure all customer requirements are met 

• Support daily and weekly cycle counts and month-end physical counts 

• Manage automated customer reporting to customize audit receipts/reports Distribute regular inventory reports internally anexternally as needed Support and audit PO fulfillment and documentation 

• Troubleshoot Netsuite and RF-Smart scanning issues or inaccuracies and train personnel on inventory, reconciliation and general scanning functions, manage eCommerce fulfillment via Sojo Connect 

• Create and track Sales Orders upon completion of production to ensure all production is billed, invoiced and paid 

• All other duties as assigned by the Commercial Team Leaders 

 

Salary: $ 80-85k + Bonus: 10-15% 

Travel Requirements: 20% to Redlands CA, Temple TX, Greenfield Indiana, and other future sites
