Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Assist with client service work and the drafting of new account paperwork
  • Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in investment, insurance, and/or banking or other related fields is preferred
  • Professional, friendly and caring personality
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a team-oriented environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
  • Experience in Excel and Word required
