Now seeking a Finance Manager to join our team and play an inaugural role in guiding an innovative project from inception to completion and through ongoing growth stages With two established locations offering dozens of unique, immersive entertainment experiences where art, imagination, and technology collide, this is an awesome opportunity for stability, long-term growth, and establishment.

The ideal Finance professional will have experience in day-to-day financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and creating, managing, and implementing financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage pre-opening and operational budgets.
  • Monitor and report on financial performance.
  • Ensure effective use of funds and oversee financial reporting.
  • Manage financial operations for food, beverage, merchandise, games, and ticketing.
  • Track revenues and expenses accurately.
  • Implement cost-saving measures and maintain compliance with financial regulations.
  • Provide financial insights to other departments and support decision-making.
  • Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate payroll processing.
  • Monitor cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity.
  • Develop and execute strategies for long-term growth and sustainability.
  • Periodic travel to HQ in Columbus and other Ohio locations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; CPA preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Finance Manager or Financial Controller.
  • Preferably financial experience in hospitality, entertainment, or retail, but not required.
  • Strong financial knowledge and proficiency in financial software.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and collaborative team player.
  • Hybrid schedule with some onsite work in both Cleveland and Columbus,  OH
