WHAT WE NEED

We are looking for a Senior Performance Manager in the Boston area to join our team The Senior Performance Manager is a driven account management professional position that is responsible for identifying and supporting the cross-sell/up-sell initiatives within their book of business and providing ongoing support of a defined group of dealer partners within a designate geographical territory. Primary responsibilities of the Senior Performance Manager are to ensure customer satisfaction, ensure customer understanding of the Outsell value proposition, drive revenue growth within their current book of business, and ensure revenue retention of their dealer clients is maintained.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Effectively manage client portfolio of accounts to foster long-term strategic business relationships with our dealer partners.
  • Create, execute and assist in the execution of proactive performance management strategies to drive book of business revenue growth and ensure customer retention.
  • Identify and close cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to grow overall Outsell revenue base through consultative sales efforts.
  • Analyze account performance and provide data driven recommendations to dealer partners to increase product adoption, promote program value and align program strategies with customers’ business initiatives.
  • Consistently achieve 90%+ retention of client portfolio and assigned revenue growth through programmatic actions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across internal teams to resolve partner program shortcomings and/or partner concerns.
  • Continuously advance knowledge of the Outsell Platform, learning new features, deepening understanding of current features, and helping to teach same to both clients and colleagues.
  • Demonstrate the values of Outsell in everyday interactions.
  • Other duties as assigned.

WHO WE WANT

If you have the following education, experience and competencies, this might be the role for you

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree; and
  • 3+ years successful sales/account management; and
  • Certification in Google Analytics; or
  • A combination of education and work experience necessary to perform essential functions.
  • Preferred: Automotive and digital marketing experience and/or knowledge of retail business

Work Location and Travel Requirements

Duties are performed in a regular office environment and in the field traveling to dealerships. Physical requirements include:

  • Ability to remain stationary for extended periods of time and performing long hours of work in office setting.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in person, electronically, and over the phone with customers, employees, and others internally and outside of the organization.
  • Mental focus for long periods of time.
  • Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment, such as a copy machine or printer.
  • Ability to review and work with printed documents.
  • Occasionally may lift objects, technology and office equipment weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Commuting by car and plane to headquarters periodically.
  • Up to 50% travel required by car and plane to dealerships, conventions, and/or other remote locations.
