Job Summary:
As a Front Desk Associate at Match Point Mill Basin, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include managing check-ins, responding to inquiries, processing memberships, and maintaining an organized front desk area.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome members and guests upon their arrival.
- Register guests, verify memberships, and manage check-ins.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide detailed information about our facilities, programs, and upcoming events.
- Schedule appointments and manage reservations for sports facilities and classes.
- Process payments and handle point of sale transactions efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist with emergency protocols and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
- Provide general support and information to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a sports or fitness environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficient in using basic computer software and office systems.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
