We aim to grow this division to over $6 million in revenue within the next year, and we are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead this endeavor.
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to spearhead the launch and growth of our new Commercial Equipment Division. This role is pivotal in building the foundation of the division and driving it towards achieving substantial revenue goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, specifically in the commercial equipment installation sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the new division, from inception to full operation.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve over $6 million in revenue within the first year.
- Lead and coordinate the installation of commercial-grade equipment, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team to support the division's growth.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Monitor project performance and implement continuous improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to track progress against revenue targets.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the commercial equipment installation industry.
- Proven track record of managing projects with a significant revenue impact.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management), or Six Sigma are highly desirable.
- Certification in commercial equipment installation or related fields is a plus.

Work Environment:
- This role requires travel up to 25% of the time, traveling between cities occasionally by plane or car.

- Will be required to work on-call and outside of regular business hours.
