Worthing Air is seeking Commercial HVAC Technicians to join our team. They will be responsible for the maintenance, service and retrofit/replacement of Commercial HVAC equipment. Essential Functions:

  • Comprehends and complies with SMACNA standards for ductwork installation
  • Skilled in installing a variety of equipment, including Ducted Air Handlers, Air Curtains, and Rooftop Units
  • Effective communicator: Listens and conveys information clearly and patiently to foremen, project managers, coworkers, and subcontractors
  • Equipped with all necessary hand tools for proficient duct installation
  • Requires commercial installation experience • Commutes daily to job sites in Northern/Central NJ • Capable of interpreting mechanical/engineering drawings • Driven to achieve and thrive in this role • Eager to mentor junior field technicians

Ideal Outcome: • The role will cultivate diverse skills such as communication, organization, and leadership. • The incumbent will adeptly manage all facets of commercial HVAC installations and proactively address field requirements.

.Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the HVAC/Mechanical Field
  • EPA Universal License
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Background Check and Drug Screen
  • Ability to travel up too a week at a time as work schedules demand

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CFC Certification or HVAC related Journeymen License
  • 5+ years of experience in Commercial HVAC Service
