We are seeking an experienced HVAC Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team at ESPO Corporation in Willowbrook, IL. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for designing and developing HVAC systems for commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop HVAC systems for commercial buildings, including conceptual design and preparation of construction documents.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design meets project requirements and building codes.
  • Conduct field surveys to gather data and inform design decisions.
  • Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of building codes, industry standards, and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HVAC/Mechanical design for commercial buildings.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software.
  • Leadership and teamwork skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • P.E. license preferred but not required.
