Job DescriptionJob Description

About Us:

Arrow Towing is one of the largest towing companies in the United States with locations in Council Bluffs, Iowa and Omaha, Nebraska. We manage multiple law enforcement contracts and serve corporate, public, and private clients. We specialize in Heavy Duty and Industrial markets, as well as day-to-day light duty towing. We are financially strong, own all of our properties, trucks, and equipment, and service our client needs coast-to-coast.

Pay:

  • Negotiable hourly wage, depending on experience

Hours:

  • 4 to 12-hour shifts, full-time and part-time
  • Weekend and evening/overnight shifts urgently needed
  • We are open 24 hours, every day of the year

Requirements:

  • Answer incoming calls with professionalism and swiftness
  • Gather thorough information and accurately enter into our dispatching software
  • Logically route time-sensitive calls to the appropriate driver
  • Calmly juggle constantly shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in transportation, trucking, or service industry
  • Experience with scheduling, dispatching, or former driver
  • Strong geographic knowledge of Omaha and Council Bluffs areas
  • Demonstrated common sense, practical problem solving, and conflict management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate in a courteous manner
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
