We are seeking a Business Analyst with an Information Systems background to support the multiphase implementation of ERP systems alongside the controller. The ideal candidate will have cross-functional experience in IT, accounting, and manufacturing operations. This role involves conducting data analysis and software testing prior to program deployment. Key responsibilities include managing and analyzing data to identify and document potential issues, overseeing testing procedures, and documenting any persistent problems.
In addition, the role requires providing management with product overviews and conducting workshops, training staff on product functionality, and supporting employees throughout the testing process to ensure successful implementation. The analyst will also collaborate with a team to develop, coordinate, and implement project plans and schedules.
After the initial implementation phase, the role will transition to focus on systems maintenance, administration, and general IT support, as well as provide administrative assistance in Accounting, Customer Service, and Human Resources.

SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Support onboarding, enablement, and management processes.
- Translate data and information to technical requirements for project.
- Work with multiple file types and information to collate the information, find discrepancies, and ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure the implementation meets expectations and timelines.
- Clearly communicate concise, accurate summaries and questions to the implementation team for missing or inconsistent data.
- Proactively collaborate with team to ensure operational performance of day-to-day tasks.
- Manage and obtain required documents and agreements in compliance with company guidelines.
- Provide program management for enablement strategy through ongoing analysis.
- Oversee implementation of customers and ensure proper approvals, terms, validations, and updates are complete prior to deployment in the platform.
- Perform data transmission and provide strategic oversight to ensure information is accurate within the platform.
- Work with senior leadership and internal peer groups on continuous improvement projects targeted at enhancing the user, facility, and supplier experience.
- Execute duties with minimal guidance and show strong initiative on process improvement and documentation practices.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree with a preference for Management Information Systems, Finance, Accounting or Business Administration desired
- 2-5 years working experience.
- This position requires demonstrated ability to handle multi-tasks at simultaneously.
- Must be a self-starter work well in a team environment.
- Exhibit strong leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Comfortable manage pipeline processes.
- Strong SQL skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis. High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation.
