Job DescriptionJob Description

Premier financial services firm is recruiting for an Executive Coordinator for their soon to be opened Manhattan offices.

**Initially work in Connecticut office (2 days in office / 3 days remote) for first three to four months of role.** After three to four months (late Summer/early Fall target) job moves permanently to midtown Manhattan offices (3-4 days in office/1-2 days remote).

  • Base salary $170 - $210K
  • Bonus eligible and 100% paid benefits

You will:

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage dynamic, ever-changing calendar
  • Juggle competing multiple projects
  • Handle preparations for numerous, complex meetings and events
  • Arrange meticulous and detailed itineraries for travel
  • Coordinate with his personal affairs team to ensure schedule is balanced

C-Suite or Board level support a must to support this globally known, visionary genius and serve as a trusted gatekeeper. To be successful in this all-encompassing position you need to be assertive, bright, and understand 24/7 nature of this executive. High social and emotional intelligence to coordinate with team. Quick thinking and good organizational skills. Must have extensive experience supporting senior management in an administrative capacity. MS Office proficient.
