Company Overview: Aegis Worldwide is partnered with a leader in the food/beverage manufacturing industry. We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to join our dynamic team and help us maintain our operational efficiency.

Job Description:

The Maintenance Planner will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating all maintenance activities within our facility. This role is crucial in ensuring that our production operations run smoothly, minimizing downtime, and optimizing equipment efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance, with expertise in preventative maintenance, work order management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preventative Maintenance Planning: Develop and manage detailed preventative maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment.
• Work Order Management: Write, prioritize, and manage work orders, ensuring timely completion of all maintenance activities.
• CMMS Proficiency: Utilize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track work orders, manage spare parts inventory, and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
• Maintenance Coordination: Collaborate closely with production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime and ensure seamless operations.
• Parts & Inventory Management: Ensure that all necessary parts and supplies are available for maintenance activities, coordinating with suppliers as needed.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of maintenance activities, including work orders, parts usage, and equipment performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5-10 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with a strong focus on preventative maintenance and work order management.
• Industry Background: Experience in food/beverage manufacturing is highly desirable.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in CMMS systems and knowledgeable in maintenance parts and inventory management.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency optimization.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous in documentation and record-keeping.

Education:

• A degree or certification in industrial maintenance, mechanical engineering, or a related field is preferred.
