Job DescriptionJob Description

The warehouse associate will be responsible for assisting in the efficient operation of the warehouse.  This includes but not limited to receiving, preparing and delivering products, materials, and supplies to various port and local warehouse locations.  The warehouse associate will also be responsible for keeping accurate records and tracking inventory. Receive packages, materials and supplies and verify the quantity and quality against shipping and packing slips.  Filing claims along with follow-up regarding lost shipments.  Enter and update inventory levels in the system. Prepare orders and ensure they are complete, accurate, and ready for delivery. Load and unload deliveries, as needed.  Stock shelves and keep warehouse clean and organized.  Maintain a clean and safe working environment.  Follow all safety procedures and regulations. Maintains company truck by completing preventive maintenance such as routine oil change, change wiper blades, andd fill the fuel tank.

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.  Forklift certified. Valid Driver's License. Able to obtain a TWIC within 30 days of job entry date. Skills required: proficient with M/S Office 365, Outlook, Excel, Word, teamwork, organization, equipment maintenance, planning, time management, inventory control, documentation, data entry, and dependability.  Training provided. Veteran-Friendly.
