Master Plumber

Zplumberz is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Plumber to join our team. As a Master Plumber, you will be responsible for participating in maintenance, repair, and installation duties in normal operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform maintenance, repair, and installation duties in normal operations.
2. Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment relevant to the plumbing trade.
3. Perform manual labor associated with the trade.
4. Maintain and clean assigned truck, including registration, insurance, and inspection requirements per DOT standards.
5. Train and coach new technicians and apprentices with on-job training when needed.
6. Clean and maintain tools and equipment assigned to the vehicle.
7. Perform other duties as required.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of tools, equipment, and materials common in the plumbing trade.
• Knowledge of all codes, standards, and regulations.
• Skill in installation, repair, and maintenance of all systems and assignments common to the plumbing trade.
• Skill in estimating time and material for project work.
• Skill in both verbal and written communication.
• Knowledge of training practices and techniques.

Working Conditions:

A 40+ hour week is typical. Position may require additional hours during unusual or unforeseen circumstances. At the General Manager's discretion, daily hours will vary with business requirements. Work is mainly inside/outside/warehouse with times that inclement weather and temperature extremes may be required.
